Variety: Pinot Noir
Color: Full ruby red
Aroma: The nose is lifted with scents of dark cherry, rose petal and fragrant spices.
Palate: This beautiful red wine comes from the famed Geelong region of Victoria, Australia. After hand-picking the fruit was gently plunged by hand in small open red fermenters. After ferment, the wines were transferred to a mix of new and older French oak barriques. The palate is medium-bodied with lovely mouth-filling tannins, flavour and just the right amount of spicey oak. Enjoy now or for several years with careful cellaring
